CMS Letter to New York State Department of Health Regarding ICF-MR Rate Setting
July 13, 2010 The federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) asked the state of New York to provide more information about the rate-setting methodology used for services provided to individuals residing in one of nine state-run facilities certified as Intermediate Care Facilities for persons with Mental Retardation.
