Dignity Health, GoHealth Urgent Care Acquire Six California Urgent Care Centers

Dignity Health (Dignity) and GoHealth Urgent Care (GoHealth) recently acquired six California urgent care centers from Golden Gate Urgent Care (Golden Gate). Financial terms of the purchase have not been disclosed at this time.

Golden Gate operates urgent care centers throughout San Francisco and Oakland, granting quick access to medical care for health care consumers on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge and the East Bay.
