July 14, 2010 On July 14, 2010, a settlement agreement was made in United States vs. New York, where four New York juvenile justice facilities, the Finger Lakes Residential Center, the Lansing Residential Center, the Tryon Residential Center, and the Tryon Girls Center, were sued.
