Microsoft recently debuted new tools that aim to improve collaborative processes between health care provider organizations. Included among the tools are two new health care messaging features, as well as a new bot service, Healthcare Bot.

Specifically, one new messaging feature alerts clinical professionals of urgent messages on a timed basis, while the other gives clinical professionals the ability to message other care members to alert them if they are in surgery or otherwise busy.
