Bain-Backed Healthdrive To Buy New England Geriatrics

Bain Capital-backed HealthDrive recently announced it has agreed to purchase long-term care and skilled nursing provider organization New England Geriatrics NEG). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

The acquisition will expand HealthDriver’s services, furthering its mission to become the premier multi-specialty health care platform for vulnerable populations.
