In mid-July 2010, the Federal Administration of Children Youth and Families (ACYF) released program instructions for the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoption Act of 2008 (Fostering Connections), as well as new related regulations that require transition plans for youths aging out of foster care to include new information about the youths? health care.
