Youth Bridge, Burrell Behavioral Health On Track For Merger

Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Youth Bridge Inc. (Youth Bridge) recently signed a letter of intent to consider a collaborative merger with Burrell Behavioral Health (Burrell). Combined, the two behavioral health provider organizations serve more than 45,000 individuals throughout Arkansas and Missouri. Citing reason for its interest in working with Burrell, Youth Bridge mentioned Burrell’s financial and operational soundness, as well as its long history of commitment to the communities it serves.

If the transaction is realized, Burrell’s geographic footprint will be extended into northwest Arkansas, with its school-based programs transitioning to operation under Youth Bridge’s name . . .
