Virginia-based behavioral health network ncgCARE recently announced it is acquiring Carolina Outreach, LLC (Carolina Outreach) and Therapeutic Interventions Inc. (Therapeutic Interventions). The two organizations are based in Durham, North Carolina and Exmore, Virginia, respectively.

Carolina Outreach provides clinic and community based mental health and addiction disorder services across 11 counties, while Therapeutic Interventions provides clinic and community based mental health, foster care, and addiction disorder services throughout southeast Virginia.
