CareLinx Acquires Providence St. Joseph Health Non-Clinical Services Platform

Online caregiver marketplace organization CareLinx recently announced it has acquired Optimal Aging from Providence St. Joseph Health (Providence). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

Optimal Aging is an in-home caregiver marketplace and service that is—as a result of the recent transaction—owned and managed by CareLinx. Specifically, the program focuses on assisting seniors on non-clinical activities, such as pet care and laundry reminders.
