August 6, 2010 The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services released an RFP, along with the Department of Social Services, for the Connecticut Behavioral Health Recovery Plan (BHRP) Administrative Services Organization (ASO). An amendment to this RFP was released which included changes to the date proposals and questions are due, along with other changes to the RFP. Proposals are now due September 10, 2010.
