New Hampshire Medicaid Care Management Program 2020 Withhold & Incentive Guidance

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) issued this policy on September 11, 2018. The policy - or medicaid Care management Withhold and Incentive Program - will require managed care organizations (MCOs) to meet a minimum performance standard for measures in three priority performance categories: quality improvement, care management, and behavioral health.
