Signature Healthcare At Home To Acquire Samaritan Health Services’ Home Health

Signature Healthcare at Home (Signature) recently announced it has acquired the home health division of Samaritan Health Services. The transaction, effective as of March 1, results in all home health care transitioning from Samaritan to Signature. Consumers, however, have the option to switch to a different provider organization, should they choose.

Signature will continue to serve in the same Oregon counties as Samaritan, including Benton, Lincoln, and Linn. Additionally, Signature will launch new offices in the coastal counties of Albany and Newport.
