September 1, 2010 In September, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare released a proposed rule on Medicaid Consumer-Directed Services. As part of the Children's System Redesign Project, benefits for children with developmental disabilities will now include a Family-Directed Services option as part of Home and Community Based Services waivers.
