UCF Partners With Florida Firefighters Group To Boost Mental Health Support

The University of Central Florida’s (UCF) post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment center, UCF RESTORES, and Florida-based firefighter nonprofit organization Florida Firefighters Safety and Health Collaborative (FFSHC) recently announced a new partnership together. Their collaborative efforts will focus on the mental health of firefighters, helping them to realize that it is acceptable and safe for them to be open about mental health issues and to seek help for them.
