California's Orange County released ordinance number 18 on November 10, 2018. This ordinance adds Division 14 Article 1 to title 4 of the codified ordinances of Orange County regarding registration of alcohol, narcotic, and drug abuse programs. The ordinance contains the added sections of Division 14 Article 1 which requires programs defined as alcohol, narcotic, and drug abuse programs to register annually with the Orange County Health Care Agency.
