Federal Appeals Court Ruling In Smith v. Aroostook County

On April 3, 2019, the United States Court of Appeals issued this ruling for Smith v. Aroostook County. The ruling affirmed the appeal of plaintiff Brenda Smith against the original ruling that she could not receive her prescribed dosage of buprenorphine as treatment for an opiod use disorder while incarcerated.
