Perimeter Healthcare (Perimeter), a behavioral health care company backed by Ridgemont Equity Partners, announced the acquisition of two 116-bed inpatient psychiatric hospitals located in the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex. After having formerly operated in the market under a different name, the facilities will re-open in 2019 as Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington and Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Dallas.
Perimeter has recently expanded into Missouri and Louisiana and now Texas. Perimeter is dedicated to providing patient-centered care and work to understand each individual’s needs in order to supply excellent, differentiated treatment plans.
