Appalachian Regional Healthcare,Inc.(ARH) proposes the establishment of an ambulatory health care facility,through the acquisition of Appalachian Gastroenterology. The name of the facility developed will be ARH Gastroenterology and the location will remain the same. ARH Gastroenterology will continue to provide the gastroenterology ambulatory care services and related surgical procedures will be provided in the hospital setting. ARH Gastroenterology will provide services to AG's current service area. The capital expenditure associated with the acquisition is $80,410 and will be funded through cash on hand.
