Blue Sprig Pediatrics, Inc. Announces Acquisition Of Verbal Behavior Consulting

Blue Sprig Pediatrics, Inc. (BlueSprig) announces that it has acquired the assets of Lexington, KY based Verbal Behavior Consulting (VBC). VBC is a clinic-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Keith Jones, president and chief executive officer of BlueSprig, the partnership with VBC will allow BlueSprig to expand services across Kentucky and other areas. The partnership will provide ABA and autism support services across the region for families and children on the spectrum.
