Healthy Indiana Plan Section 1115 Demonstration HIP Workforce Bridge Amendment

On July 25, 2019, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration issued this letter to the Center for Medicaid and Chip Services. The letter proposes supporting continuity of coverage and addressing the coverage cliff between Health Indiana Plan (HIP) and commercial coverage by giving qualifying outgoing HIP participants the ability to continue to use up to $1,000 for premiums, deductibles, copayments and coinsurance for 12 months during their transition to commercial coverage . . .
