October 29, 2010 New York State Office of Mental Health released a request for proposal (RFP) for supported housing for adult home residents as part of its settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding Disability Advocates v. Paterson. Proposals were due November 19, 2010. The awards were announced on January 20, 2011, and the contracts were to have started February 1, 2011.
