November 4, 2010 Starting in July 2011, Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) will start changing the definition of community mental health care. This document describes the performance measures DMHA will apply for mental health and addiction treatment services provided by its contracted managed care providers.
