Executive Order On Protecting & Improving Medicare For Our Nation’s Seniors
On October 2, 2019, an executive order was issued by the President of the United States to protect and improve Medicare for United State's seniors. The executive order prevents the passage of the "Medicare for All Act" of 2019, and includes, but is not limited to provisions to: provide more Medicare plan choices to seniors; improve access through network adequacy; encourage innovation for patients; reward care through site neutrality, empower patients, caregivers, and health providers; and eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse to protect beneficiaries and taxpayers . . .
