Home for Good: An Action Plan to End Chronic Homelessness in Los Angeles County
November 19, 2010 A Los Angeles task force has proposed a new plan to end homelessness in the city within five years. The plan, called Home for Good, calls for the city to build housing for 12,000 chronically unemployed individuals and to provide food, maintenance, and other services.
