Washington Medicaid Letter to Clients About Elimination of Optional Health Care Services
November 26, 2010 On January 1, 2011, the State of Washington is reducing the services available through Medicaid. This letter was sent to Medicaid beneficiaries to alert them to the changes, which include reductions in coverage of adult dental services, maternity support and infant case management, adult hospice, interpreter services, adult podiatry, and coverage of Medicare Part D co-payments for low-income residents eligible for Medicaid.
