Founded in 1994, Great Lakes Recovery Centers (GLRC) is a tax-exempt specialty addiction and mental health treatment organization providing services to youth, families, and adults in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. They are accredited with The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Their mission is “to empower recovery through hope and change” and their philosophy is that “chemical dependency… can best be addressed with an array of services provided by caring professionals involving the individual, family, and community. It is only through this comprehensive approach that long-term recovery is strengthened.”
