Pennsylvania Employment First, First Year Report To Governor Wolf & The General Assembly Oversight Commission

On October 10, 2019, the Pennsylvania Oversight Commission released its First Year Report to Governor Wolf and the General Assembly. The report discusses the Employment First Act, and compliance of the state agencies responsible for providing employment services to people with disabilities. These agencies are the Department of Human Services, the Department of Labor & Industry’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the  Department of Education (PDE).
