WELL Health Technologies Corp. (WELL), a company focused on consolidating and modernizing clinical and digital assets within the primary health care sector, announced further to its news release dated September 25, 2019, that it has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of OSCARwest. The acquisition of OSCARwest, along with the prior acquisitions of NerdEMR and OSCARprn, completes WELL’s acquisition of all three Chartered OSCAR service provider organizations in the province of British Columbia.
