TLC-Lakeshore Facility In Irving, New York Closing

The TLC-Lakeshore Health Center will be closing in January 2020. The closure takes effect January 1 pending transfer of current individuals under taking care at the facility.  The announcement does not affect The Gowanda Urgent Care and Medical Center or TLC chemical dependency clinics in Derby and Cassadaga, New York, which will remain open. The closure impacts all services at the TLC Campus including outpatient and support services as well as inpatient behavioral health services and chemical dependency services.
