Founded in 1947, CEDARS Youth Services (CEDARS) is a community-based, tax-exempt child-service organization that provides services for vulnerable children, youth, and families. They are nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
