T.F. Et Al., v. Hennepin County: Declaration Of James L. Volling

On July 12, 2019, the United States District Court, District of Minnesota released the declaration settlement agreement in regard to the case T.F. et al., vs Hennepin County. The plaintiffs alleged that Hennepin County's child welfare and child protection system was not doing all that it should to protect children in the system. The plaintiffs did not seek monetary damages but requested injunctive relief relating to the operation of the County's child welfare and child protection system . . .
