Georgia Pathways To Coverage 1115 Demonstration Waiver

On December 23, 2019, the Georgia Department of Community Health submitted the Georgia "Pathways to Coverage" Section 1115 Demonstration Waiver application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The application seeks to launch the State's "Pathways to Coverage" program which will provide Medicaid coverage or employee sponsored insurance to residents age 19 through 64 who are below 100% of the federal poverty level, not otherwise eligible for Medicaid, and meet the qualifying activities threshold . . .
