Request for Proposal No. R11182-1, Richmond Juvenile Detention Center Post-Dispositional Program
December 28, 2010 On December 20, 2011, the City of Richmond released a request for proposal to develop and operate the Richmond Juvenile Detention Center Post-Dispositional Program. On January 19, 2011, Virginia selected the National Partnership for Juvenile Services for a $54,535 contract to operate the Post-Dispositional Program. The program, funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, will provide trauma-focused care via cognitive behavioral therapy and rational behavioral therapy.
