Florida House Bill 575: Applied Behavior Analysis Services

In December 2019, Florida House Bill 575 was introduced to exempt group practices that provide applied behavioral analysis services from the requirements of the Health Care Clinic Act. The bill also adds paraprofessionals who practice under the supervision of either certified behavioral analysts of professionals licensed under ch. 490 or ch. 491, F.S. to the list of personnel who may provide ABA services in the classroom setting.
