MHA Announces Workplace Mental Health Certification & Initial Recipients
Mental Health America (MHA) recently announced a new national employer certification program, called the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health to help guide employers. The program assesses workplaces in five categories: workplace culture, health insurance and benefits, employee perks and programs, legal and ethical compliance and leadership and community engagement.
The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding levels of bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.
