U.S. vs. New York City Regarding Personal Care Services
January 11, 2011 The lawsuit was filed after an audit revealed evidence of potential fraud regarding Medicaid personal care services provided in New York City from 2000 through 2010. The federal government alleges that the city failed to ensure that services were appropriately documented and authorized.
