January 13, 2011 The New Jersey Department of Children and Families plans to implement new eligibility guidelines for In-Home, Intensive Community Treatment Services limiting the services only to children with and youth with moderate to high-risk complex behavioral health needs. Children currently receiving the services who have lower levels of need will be transitioned to community-based provider organizations by March 30, 2011 when the new guidelines become effective.
