On January 30, 2020, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released a Medicaid managed care policy paper regarding the behavioral health I/DD tailored plan RFA pre-release. The policy paper is intended to give stakeholders additional insight into Behavioral Health I/DD Tailored Plan design areas not previously addressed in other policy papers. To receive a contract, LME/MCOs will need to meet the requirements previewed in the paper and detailed in the RFA, which is expected to be issued in the near future . . .
