CURES Act Final Rule, Enforcement Discretion Dates & Timeframes
On April 22, 2020, the federal Department of Health and Human Services announced that the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) would push back enforcement of the compliance dates in the ONC Cures Act Final Rule by three months in light of the national COVID-19 public health emergency declared.
