MindCare Announces Merger With PsychNow

MindCare Solutions Group, a telepsychiatry provider organization, has announced a merger with Dallas-based PsychNow effective March 1, 2020. MindCare is a 24/7 telepsychiatry and telebehavioral health services to acute care and behavioral health facilities, primary care and specialty outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities across the country.
