New Institutions Invited To Participate In The Second Chance Pell (SCP) Experiment

On April 22, 2020, the U.S. Department of Education released an updated list of new institutions that were invited to participate in the Second Chance Pell Experiment. The list includes only those institutions that submitted a letter of interest and questionnaire and were approved by the Department to participate.
