January 31, 2011 In February 2011, Ohio-based Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) CareSource and the U.S. Department of Justice agreed to a settlement after a whistleblower lawsuit was filed, alleging CareSource had failed to provide health assessments for children with disabilities.
