February 10, 2011 On March 3, 2011, the Louisiana Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) started implementing a Coordinated System of Care (CoSC) for children and youth with behavioral health care needs. The CoSC Leadership Team had started considering public comments on February 24, to a draft request for applications (RFA) on how to select the first regions to implement the CoSC. The proposed timeline called for the leadership team to release the final application packets to communities on March 15, 2011, with responses due by May 13, and award announcements expected by June 16.
