Founded in 1996, The Achievable Foundation (Achievable) is a non-profit community organization that provides integrated medical and behavioral health care programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and other vulnerable populations. Achievable’s services are centered around supporting consumers’ financial, social, developmental, wellness, and health care needs.
Achievable’s mission is “to provide high quality, integrated health care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and other vulnerable populations.” Their vision is, “Changing the face of healthcare for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.”
