TrialCard Announces Acquisition Of Mango Health

TrialCard Incorporated announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire San Francisco-based Mango Health, a mobile-based medication management and adherence solutions provider organization focused on the life sciences sector. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Mango Health mobile app allows users to track and manage the medications they take. Using sophisticated behavioral techniques, Mango Health encourages users' active participation in their health care, helps them remain adherent to medications, and provides information about potential drug interactions.
