March 10, 2011 The Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities letter informed people enrolled in the state's Home- and Community Based Services (HCS) waiver about benefit changes that went into effect February 15, 2011. The changes include limits to the number of hours available for nursing, personal assistance, and nutrition services.
