Founded in 1948 as the Dane County Child Guidance Center, the Journey Mental Health Center is a private, non-profit agency that offers integrated mental health and addiction services throughout the greater Madison, Wisconsin, area. They are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Clubhouse International.

Journey’s mission is to “improve people’s lives by pioneering and sustaining effective mental health and substance use disorder services.” Their vision is “to become a center of excellence for the provision of behavioral health services.”
