Bridges Health Services Merges With Home Health & Hospice Provider Organizations In Nevada & California

Bridges Health Services announced plans to acquire home health and hospice provider organizations in California and Nevada. The acquisitions are slated to close by November 1, 2020. The provider organizations to be acquired are Supreme Healthcare, Inc. and Supreme Hospice, Inc. based in Los Angeles, California; and Gentlecare Home Health and Renaissance Hospice based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The merger targets are Medicare-certified and provide community-based services with similar missions, cultures, and visions for transforming health care.
