Interim Final Rule: Additional Policy and Regulatory Revisions In Response To The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

On October 28, 2020, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) released this interim final rule which includes additional policy and regulatory revisions in response to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency (PHE). In this rule,
