Certification Of Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model

On October 13, 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published this certification of the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model (HHVBP). The HHVBP is a 5-year demonstration that began in 2016 and applied to all home health providers in nine states, each randomly selected from within a distinct geographic subdivision of the United States.
